Eggs with Tomatoes

4 large eggs
1 tsp salt
Dash of sugar
1/4 lb ripe tomatoes, approximately 1 large tomato
2 stems of scallions, finely sliced
2 Tbsp cooking oil

Wash and cut tomatoes into bite size pieces. Break eggs into bowl, and add salt, sugar, and scallions. Thoroughly mix the egg mixture. Heat oil in pan until very hot. Pour in egg mixture and tomatoes. Stir and remove from flame as soon as eggs have set so as not to overcook the eggs.
